Totally agree. Said it lots of times before.

But a RS is not always devastating, if it is for uplist to a higher exchange. NEWN did it, and it went really well.

You could sell, but what about if they (the company) would buy?
That would be good anyway...

A RS would be good only for uplist and mantaining the price above a certain pps to call for new investors. Lots of investors don´t invest in shares under a certain price.
