#202150 RE: lmf1264 #202149

don't misunderstand what i am saying, there are people trying to do right things for right reasons, i can only assume the efforts are in good faith but when you are fighting for a cause that nobody wants to see come to fruition for whatever motives, your efforts become futile, an effort to reorganize this company without the license to 5HMF is just that....futile, the only real asset the company had is gone because everyone played into a planned synopsis including the courts and you....can't you see it for what it is? that's why every door you open gets slammed in your face....Nicosan isn't going back into production, the manufacturing facility is a shell, at this point it would have to be demolished and rebuilt to meet GMP standards and you can't just pack up the process and move it anywhere....the grant money from NIH should be with XeChem not AesRx, 5HMF will go to market soon, within a year....doesn't that strike you as odd? $375,000 for a development drug that goes to market a year later, no other bidders, the majority of the procedes go to paying off a loan granted by the purchaser so that the current license holder could file BK and pay down a fictional debt to a corporate officer who struck the deal? the sale of 5HMF was sub rosa as XeChem had no reorganization plan in place which should have included 5HMF in a major way, it's a paradox though because if XeChem holds the 5HMF license they may be subject to an antitrust suit because the patenting of 5HMF as a treatment for SCD is bogus....if you have an attorney still working on this case all your efforts should be in bringing class action for the shareholders or antitrust for all, it's that simple and i'm not saying you're involved....you are, you just may not realize to what extent
