I follow your reasoning and concur. I think that a Conference Call would be extremely positive in overcoming what you call the "communication bugaboo", and hope that PJ finds his way to taking that initiative, either immediately or at the end of the current string of announcements.

One point, on the specific question of revenue projections, is, I think, worth mentioning. For a hundred reasons, projections will never be precise -- for a start they depend on the free choices of music-lovers who may decide to buy, or not to buy, CDs incorporating MediaMax in any given time period. If results turn out to be below a projection, a CEO who makes them will be highly vulnerable to charges of "hyping", "exaggeration", or worse (the word "lie" is a mainstay of the vocabulary of some posters I have read even on IHUB). If the results turn out to be better, then the CEO may face the suspicion, from the SEC or anyone else, of "forcing the SP down" to allow directors or new partners to acquire shares at unduly low prices. This is always going to be a supersensitive issue, and I interpret the pulling of those histogram projections from the Shaazam website as reflecting concerns of that sort (even if SunnComm itself was not directly involved). On the other hand, what would shareholders like more than a projection of MM5 numbers and revenues for this year and next?

I believe we are going to have a better communication scenario from management. I know Peter is aware of this oportunity,and in my view will make every effort to bring this to a happening.After all it willgive the shareholders abetter understanding of what is in the wings.
