Fair enough Balu...that's your opinion, as 3v3ryone is entitled. I just appreciate the simple, professional look of the new logo as opposed to the old, cluttered one.
From my own personal experience, Copyrighting and Trademarking a logo isn't that difficult, unless someone else already owns the design. Perhaps they had to switch due to this?? Not sure and don't really care as I appreciate the new design.
