Buy_to_Sell ratio jumps to 1_to_10

Basically meaning for each 1 stock bought at the Ask price, 10 stocks are being sold at the Bid price.

99,000 Buy Vol to 510,235 Sell Vol

This may be in the process of being forced to get people to sell in order to buy up more shares. I would be expecting news out soon.
