FIRESTONE COMMUNICATIONS SIGNS AMERICA ONE TELEVISION NETWORK
FOR SATELLITE UPLINK/PRODUCTION SERVICES

DALLAS/FT. WORTH, TEXAS April 23, 2003 -- Firestone Communications has signed America One Television Network as its second client to utilize its C-Band Satellite Uplink and Production facilities, it was announced today by Leonard Firestone, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company.

In February, Firestone Communications acquired the assets of The Hispanic Television Network (HTVN), a Dallas-Ft. Worth cable network, which included a state of the art, fully digital broadcasting facility. The 43,000 square foot facility, which also serves as the headquarters for ¡SORPRESA!, America's first Spanish-language children's television network, has been improved to provide high-quality production services and uplinking capabilities to television networks and other commercial clients. Trinity Broadcast Network's South American network, Enlace, is also currently utilizing the facility.

America One is a 24-hour broadcast network that provides Western, equestrian, and homeland values programming to over 20 million households via 123 broadcast affiliate stations located in 40 states. America One is converting to a digital platform that utilizes Scientific Atlanta's PowerVu encryption technology and relocating its technical operations to the Firestone Communications facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The digital conversion and move is expected to be completed by June 2003.

"The facility is a distinct asset that we plan to utilize for the benefit of multiple domestic and international television networks," said Firestone. "In an era when all companies are looking for cost saving measures, we are pleased to be in a position to offer our uplinking services to third parties at a marginal cost. Furthermore, our facility provides an excellent environment for program production, origination, and distribution due to the efficiencies found with our economies of scale.

Firestone Communications Operations Center is an FCC-licensed earth station, with an uplink capable of eight broadcast and two audio/video channels. The C-Band Satellite Uplink is capable of transmitting multiple signals, high quality broadcast feeds and multiple stereo audio channels in a PowerVue format. The Production Systems features an Avid media composer, Adobe Graphics system, after effects system, 3DS Max 3D graphics, Off-Line editing systems and Betacam SX and Digital Betacam tape formats. Additionally, Firestone has installed a Sea Change Media Server and Sundance Automation equipment.

America One is the operating name of VOTH Network, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of USFR Media Group.
