Rooney also stated that the partner would be making the announcement - not him - so it is out of his hands and we should not fault him. The Blue Chip is going to do it when it is right for them - Pat I believe is speculating and keeps boxing himself by mentioning timeframes - and is probably as irritated as many on this board.

PATIENCE - this is so out there in the world and stated in legal documents like the 8K - they wouldn't risk everything they have built here into this company with Award winning machines and breakthrough technology by making fraudulent statements.
