I hope you took the time to read the article I linked to previously. It was a real eye opener for me. It seems I was wrong about much of what I said about the delays in press releases or public information. If you look at the new Pink OTC requirements, there are statements about not promoting until accepted by the new trading platform and being de-listed from the FINRA owned OTCBB. I think this will end up being a good thing because AMCI should come out at the new trading value according to the financials they are ready to file. If I understand it correctly, it's like being listed for the first time with the pps set by their financial values and not previous trading levels.
Again, I could be wrong but I think we will find out soon enough.
