That's a good point. We all need to gather information on these SEC ploys and deliberately obscure manoeuvres.
Apart from all that, I still haven't ruled out the possibility that this month may hold in store some other good announcements from SunnComm that might put pressure on both the shorts and the market makers, scraping some skin off their tightening knuckles and convincing them that this stock just can't be held down at these submarine depths much longer. There is a helium thrust upwards at work in this Sunny centre of our local solar system.
The underlying fact -- which will hold throughout this year -- is that revenues will be coming off their short leash. SunnComm is working itself towards the very centre of the recording industry in all its complex facets. There are plenty of kiosks, malls, microsoft initiatives and ripening apples hanging on inviting boughs. Revenues are just going to explode compared with the 2004 levels, and even the most obstinate of the shorts and MMs will have to resign themselves to these brute facts.
