I believe that the current status projected by recent PRs, and the fact that we will have no hard numbers for any credible period of revenue collection until the end of 3rd Quarter 2010, creates a huge problem for the PPS until at least the middle of this coming October.

That SUCKS, but I believe it's the reality with which we must deal.
