Tried to sell @ .185 but put .0185 instead and sold for wayyyyy cheap.

Someone tried to sell 100,000 on the ask at 18 1/2 cents but they put the order in adding a zero and the sale went through immediately at .0185 or just under 2 cents as it was below the bid.
This would not be considered a misktake? Is there any chance this seller would be able to get their money back now? Ouch...I enter my orders verrrryyyy carefully.
