Someone is selling the shares being purchased.
Seeing most of us on this board are heavily underwater and would not be selling at this level, who is? I hope the printing pressing are not humming again in Peters office. Perhaps the Floppy disk equipment from FAN, Energy has been converted to share printing machinery.

Yep, Stingray. Whenever I get a little down about this company, I just watch the incredibly repetitive last-hour trading pattern -- or, put another way, "the sudden arrival of the well-connected." All this accumulation doesn't happen day after day without a reason, in my view.
