YONG....Model/shmodel....just think the news will leave a funny taste in many shareholders mouths...the "list" just seems like something that many would expect the company to already own or have access too....let alone paying a HUGE sum for...$30,000,000 is a crazy amount of money...the dilution could have a least been restricted...bottom line is today's action will let us know how shareholders feel about the deal....
