probably his hotmail account was full from the many reactions, people mailing him, he fixed
and he still dutifully sent out that standard email reply to people who mailed him; as we now have already at least 3 postings from different people who got word for word the same email response.
IMHO it seems very unlikely that SNRS and Nourtech were not in "this" together, and that this Nourtech guy probably got clear instructions on what to do , say etc
maybe he wasn't aware yet that after "deal was called off" , this is not his duty anymore now.
