Good observation! I think you're right. I call it a potential double bottom until it breaks resistance and confirms.
As a side note...in looking at the SPX, I'm wondering if we're seeing the beginning of the formation of a second shoulder on a weekly chart (weekly candles). See shaded areas at right of chart.
