Scottrade allowed me to buy this - I simply bought it online. Zecco did not allow me. THis is a switch of the characters of the two brokerages in the case of TCLIF.

I'd recommend E-turd. Been using it for years and often hear people complaining about their limitations in buying pennies with TDA Ameriturd, Scotturd, and now Zecco. You'll have little or no problems with the E-turd in buying pennies.
