scottrade won't allow otherwise I would. Closest I can get it .002 which is a bit too close for comfort. Bah

As I stated before Scottrade does not let me to go beyond .002
and I really hate it, I am trying to change to another broker and looking for the best one with more option especially one that does not get commission on stocks under $1.00
