I think that delay has something to do with negotiations with one of the hosts... there are contracts and lawyers and demands being made by the host... the longer the delay, the more clout the host might have... which could mean we are trying to sign a recognized name, and that person has show biz lawyers... and that could add a month to the negotiations... LOL, but the longer it takes, the bigger the name...

A delay of a PR that was given a timeframe of 1 week is not the same as if the timeframe was left open. ie. use the word "soon" instead of "by the end of next week"
Don't get me wrong, I am ok with the PR's...but the semantecs of the languaging needs to be tightened up a bit. IMO It's like they are written as someone would speak the information, not how they should be read.
