The only thing that I see as positive is that the volume is LOW, so it seems that there are no new outstanding shares. That is the only thing that I can see as positive.

A traditional "golden cross" is when the 50 DMA crosses above the 200 DMA. In our case the 50 is already above the 200. What we don't want to happen is the "Death cross" which is essentially the opposite of a golden cross - the 50 crossing below the 200.
