Earlier this week, Fujitsu Ltd. signed a license agreeing to pay Intergraph royalties for use of the PIC patents. In statement, Moriyuki Takamura, a Fujitsu group vice president, said the electronic concern would utilize the technology for "system-on-chip implementations" in consumer and embedded industrial electronics devices.
