The IQ comment was based on Bob's ability to hook individuals into believing his tripe, regardless their investment acumen. He words things in such ways that lure the unsuspected. I remembered a millionaire who was lured into another scam because the sell was so believable. The promoter was more sophisticated than Bob and the business wasn't as easily challenged as Bobs, but you get the point. The thing they have in common is the ability to hook you in. You'll see. This time it's "different". Well, actually it isn't.
