It is, but its still at support at .03. MMTC is very solid in share structure. Meaning its hard to facilitate orders at current price by MM. Because of that, the MM want their investors orders filled. There are a lot of players wanting to get in lower then current price. So the MM will drag it down to facilitate the trend. When it hits that .03 support, this bad boy will fly. Thats my logic at least, somebody educate me if I am wrong or off base.
