It must be on file by 7/1 for the judge consider it on 7/8. POR#5 can still be filed after 7/1, the judge just wouldn't have time to read it and rule on it 7/8. Correct?

Knowing Rosen, he'll file an amended plan on 7/7 or even after and just ask for more time on 7/8.
