"By request" is NOT publicly available. Your "shareholder letter" means nothing. Why do you suppose Bob would choose to only update those for whom he has personal contact information instead of putting his "update" in a PR? Could it be because e-mail is free to use and a PR actually costs money? Or is it because Bob can subsequently deny any and all information in his "letter"? And isn't it comforting to know that now ALL assets are located in a purported Mexican shell corporation that no one has been able to verify even exists? No doubt your money is in good hands;-)
