agree, we have had higher lows for 6 days running with weak volume after that nice two day bump....no sellers here!!

Luckily it is not all recourse! If it was, liquidation analysis of development properties can get very tricky. If instead recourse debt is limited, pockets of cash, tradeble securities, and cash flow positive properties are golden.
