At this point - who cares?!!!!!!!!!!!!! Put it this way, if it acts like QURS that did a R/S back a few months ago, 1,000,000 shares will become 10,000 shares and the stock will be worth all of a sudden .10, but then it will dwindle back down to about a penny or less and there you are. I lost $6,000 on QURS when it did an R/S. Hate to neg. you out but a reverse split is usually the kiss of death. Good luck.

lamthe, If the R/S happened today it would be .02 cents

So if you had 1,000,000 shares today at .001 = $1,000

After the R/S you would have 50,000 shares at .02 = $1,000
