From 2007-2010 I can recall some lousy drugs having gone to ODAC and been dinged. Chemgenix weak data and an incomplete trial, same for Cell Therapeutics but even worse, Vion with awful data maybe the worst of any filer in a long time, Genzyme with weak uncontrolled soft data. That's 4 of the rejections I'd think were wholly justified. Other than your Provenge panel, which drugs specifically do you think the panels and Pazdur erred with in that time frame and was inflexible when he shouldn't have been? It doesn't seem fair of you to make a blanket statement blaming him for a lower approval rate for ODAC when he's forced to bring a lot of low quality filings to panels.
