How do you know the sales are from people "selling down" ??

350,000,000 shares were issued during the 2nd qtr, ending June 30, 2009 to holders of convertable debt at a share price of @ 0.0007 per Note 3 at end of report. (see link below).

Could this latest selling be those investors actually selling for a profit after the 1 year moritorium has expired ?

Just trying to make sense of the latest selling.
