The unanswered question

is, "What has Belmont done with EUOT?"

It is my opinion that Belmont sold a block of EUOT shares to an associate or related company which has continued to increase ownership position over the past year. Revocation in DC was intentionally allowed. The company will be re-domiciled in a state which has a less restrictive code.

I believe all previously acquired intellectual property rights are still with Eurotech along with large blocks of common and preferred share assets of MRKL, GBMR, and TCNH. I also believe the License Agreement to Global has been terminated due to de-registration of Global equities. Such termination has eliminated the sub-license from Global to Nanotech Industries(NTI) with prior references to Global on the NTI Website having now been removed.

If those assets remain in Eurotech, EUOT is salable but does not qualify as a SHELL.
