As critical as Eric is to detail, I feel very confident all possibilities have been taken into account, and relayed to Hawthorne. As rocket stated, the majority of shareholders other than those assisting in the tracking we are trying to accomplish, most probably would have ordered in the first day or two.

Their sales data is aligned with the time the TV spot air. They know based on their experiences how long it takes from airing a spot to seeing the orders coming in.

This tells them if a channel/time slot is effective as well as many other marketing tactics.

Most investors are ordering online. If you are not diligently searching for the ad on TV, you wont find it. I still have not seen it and ive been looking.... Its just not being aired much, yet.

I dont see how investors can skew their TV sales results and this is where their main focus will be IMO, not online orders.

Lots of great info in this book if you want to read it. Just make sure you dont confuse the differences of short form and long form DRTV ads. They both are discussed in here. WNBD is a "short" form ad... Im not just guessing on this stuff... http://www.hawthorneinfomercialguide.com/Public/8FREECHAPTERS/Chapter1ThePoweroftheHalfHour/index.cfm
