BSM-2000 is out-dated technology. Nobody wants it.

Really all you have to do is read the last 10-Q;

As of March 31, 2010, the Company had a working capital deficit of $3,879,762 and an accumulated deficit of $43,823,839. The Company incurred a net loss of $586,483 for the three month period ended March 31, 2010.  These conditions raise substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.

 

UNDT had $917 in the bank. The people who own the BSM-2000 technology are suing UNDT for not paying them for it. Add the $1/2 million judgment they have not paid and the convertible notes outstanding and you have a company teetering on vaporization.

Trade it if you can.
