And that is still a 45 bagger, not too shabby really.
What we need to find out is when the major shareholder accumulated over 5% of the A/S. Since they have 10 working days to file once that threashold is reached.
Once the company then files it becomes a public record so we will then know who are the owners whether they be an individual or a company.
All that said I don't really think it has a baring on the eventual outcome.
Will the shareholders get a windfall? who knows, certaily if you were to judge from this MB it looks like there are 4-5 naysayers, maybe 10 that are sitting on the fence, the rest all think this is a winner.
Will majority rule?, I hope so. If not well I will still be around for another lesson, and look for the next potential 45 bagger.
