Perhaps all these localities with "environmental claims" should be forced to draw their highway lines with chalk. Who the heck would want to get into the chemical, pharmaceutical or energy business with all the litigation from governments, individuals, neighborhood associations, activist groups ad nauseum. Of course some of those entities would be pleased if they all went under and we returned to riding bikes and living in tents.
