I'll preface this with, I'm not implying that there is dilution going on, cause I really don't know, but in general Dilution is possible even if the buys outnumber the sells by a great number. If there's anough momo to absorb the dilution, those new shares will register as buys because the momo is slapping the ask. Dilution is often the key to a good momo killer because the momo can run out before the new shares run out. If the momo runs out before the new shares are bought up, that's when the bid might start getting whacked.
