I believe you are spot on with that....everyone is sitting on the fence now, but when the news comes out they will be scrambling to buy up shares...NOW is the time to buy, not after the PR's...I got some more yesterday and hope to get some more tommorrow...This is as close as one can get to a sure thing to make some profit! That is of course just my opinion.
