eliaman, I just called customer service...

The guy told me they were still in business. However, in my post, my source, on this matter said:

"Supposedly, NY is done and being shut down. They're not even answering phones anymore".

Chalk one up for you. My source is doing the best he can to gather info. So far he's been dead on: 1) He told me Celia was no longer with Dicon. That was before the news hit. 2) He told me Dicon Pacific was no longer doing business with them because SPNG owed them tons of money. This was followed by the $358K lawsuit by Dicon Pacific against SPNG. 3) He told me Barry K. was no longer with SPNG. Dpilon confirmed that yesterday. Etc, etc. I would say so far he's been pretty accurate. No one's 100% accurate. Plus, despite what that guy at customer service told me, my source may still be correct. Have you called that guy at customer service? He sounds positively depressed. 1-347-226-7288. Call him. Listen to his voice. His bateries are definitely wearing down.
