but if you were in that position wouldnt u tread lightly too. WE all know the SEC wont comment, as for ACT I'm sure they want to put something out but with being on the sec radar i bet they are second guessing themselves

I know I would and everyone else out there would too, and if you say you wouldnt your lying to yourself. I'm sure they will put one out and it will be a good one thats been looked over by there lawyers 10 times to make sure every I is dotted every T is crossed and the margins are spaced the same on both sides , everying is aligned right , etc,,, you get the point right

but I'm with you that not putting one out doesnt look good but give them a break I'm sure they're craped themselve a few times already after the SEC ACTION haha
