[-$5,500,000 earnings/ 300M os = (-.02) eps] if my math is right. Thats about what I expected. If they have it figured out and go cash+ just a bit with all the revenue it'll be worth more than .02. Things seem so-so with the deal thus far. But thats JMO. We don't know whats happened since Nov. Could be up & running now for all we know.
