I'm guessing that the stock won't move up as quickly and that we will need more buying volume to move up.

However, with the additional money that the company will be making from the additional shares we may have a better chance at getting things where they need to be to get a contract and once that happens we will have plenty of buyers anyway.

FWIW my 0002 cents...unless they are just dumped, driving bid down etc...may not have an immediate impact. I don't think we have seen that...stock has reacted about how you expected etc...will just have to watch in future...

Speculation only...hopefully setting themselves a bit of funding to get aggressive in the spill remidiation business.

I have a feeling an additional Billion shares are about to be dumped into the float of evxa and my guess there will be selling into news to get rid of them. Of course positives hopefully will help absorb the newly issued shares but for the most part this dilutive situation is not good for advancement of the share price.

Again huge news trumps all but if evxa begins to dump shares into the market evxa is going to have to have some huge volume days to absorb all the newly issued shares.

I M out of evxa for now but almost repurchased at .004 but did not want to chase it into the close. Wanted to see what tomorrow brings. Another scenerio is that the additional shares could be used for many positive scenerios as far as mergers, buyouts and also funding for projects.

If the company is upfront and transparent this does not have to be bad but then again this is pinkie land. Will be interesting to see how the next few days and weeks plays out now. JMHo bucks
