Sadly, yes. With the increased a/s, uplisting allows the company to sell new shares at a higher pps, 'cause at this rate, they'd never be able to pawn off 3B new shares at .0001. Sadly, in a roundabout way, shareholders pay for their own demise. S/H pay for the lawyers that 'protect' the principles from the s/h, and they pay for the means (uplisting) to further be screwed at higher prices.

ARSC is strictly a play. Holding onto it for more than a day or two goes against the grain of all conventional wisdom.

13 billion shares! And not a product ever seen by a shareholder. Amazing. Frank and Bob are pro's!
