I'd presume they're transfering via tanker (quite a few tankers at the production site) to the blending / storage facility......don't know what the total storage capacity is there.......but I remember the blending site is fully permitted for al related functions upon purchase......maybe the seller could clarify / expand.......?

so what are they doing with all their oil from trial runs

They sell it to a company that blends the fuel into gasoline and jet fuel.
