But not any more, the assay will determine the fair market price of the properties. Along with the spot gold price at the time of closing, and the fair market value determined by the assay will determine what the buy out price will be, or maybe it has been determined.

I would like to see that. I havent been on the board in the last couple days so I've missed it.
