It has to be tax incentives, as well as green business friendly environment. Have you guys ever tried to get ANYTHING done here in California with the EPA, CalOSHA, and all the Berkley tree hugging fruits and nuts running around trying to save everything all at once? It makes doing business here almost impossible. Not to mention they are raising payroll taxes, income taxes, sales taxes, and everything else under the sun. California is putting itself out of business. We are losing more tax revenue than any other state because of the regulations and restrictions that they have on business out here.
Lord forbid we lower taxes and balance a budget...Ok I'm off my soapbox.. they might tax that too..
