You have 51% of the shares unless they diluted with out you knowing about it. That said, with out this R/M, I don't see IDCN accomplishing anything on their own with out major financing. So, no matter what the terms end up being, you will most likely have to accept any major deal that could possibly bail your 2 billion share position out. You are between a rock and a nuke. Even if you can get out from under the rock, it will be almost impossible to out run a nuke.
