Good list. Don't forget that several members of the creditor's ad hoc committee also own equity, well over 3 million shares worth, per the most recent doc last week.

There are never certainties regarding BK stocks and recoverable equity, but this is one of the better bets you're likely to get. The current PPS is irrelevant at this point (unless you're buying more) if you feel equity will have value going forward. I think most do.
