I noticed difference as well .. But I think it's the same location ..

The middle one is obviously a site fly over .. so it could be older than the ones on the ground ...

There is also no evidence of construction machines in the middle picture ..

I didn't take the pictures .. I haven't confirmed that it is indeed Death Valley Junction ..

I haven't heard back from any "Authoritative Body" yet either.. ..

The middle pic looks like it was before they placed the building.

You can see there is no grading done in the middle pic

If you move the building to the other end of the lot it will be next to the telephone pole and the other building you can see in the top and bottom pic
