well, there you name one that is quite something

in a period where everyone is talking about BP and gulf of mexico
they released PR's trying to make everyone believe BP was going to use their products to clean up the oil mess there.

That is a kind of statement that would and could indeed be very quickly verified to be true or not..

BP, Gulf of Mexico, oil spill
that is quite something else from an alleged interest to buy a company by a Lebanese company.

Once again how could SEC verify this is a scam ?

I remember EWRC (same situation as SNRS, same lawyers), they announced they would be bought out by a company called LVLV, which was a shell without any money basically, and EWRC was never halted, even though every child could understand a company like that could not possibly pay 10s of millions for another company.

LVLV was the buyer and their trading was halted by the SEC on Sept 23rd. Prior to that halt, they had been trading at .0001 on low volume. I don't see how they could have financed the buyout for that many millions and someone at EWRC had to know this when they posted the buyout PR IMHO.

ACLH is back trading. Volume today was over 4.3 million on 83 trades with last trade recorded @ 3:54 p.m.

IMO tomorrow is significant for SNRS shareholders. With the email grey sent to Alan Rothman and maybe even my message on his cell phone today he is aware that we are aware that he is aware. (So to speak.)
