Correct.....BUT...they have been selling beaucoup shares to stay alive.

This is the float as of 1/31/10:

200,000,000 common shares authorized
95,408,145 common shares outstanding
62,403,000 shares in the float

The float basically doubled in 6 months and once they reach the 200k authorized there will be a potential for the dreaded R/S
