Expanded and strengthened the management team by adding a Finance & Acquisitions Director. Here is MR FORKNER job decription. The Acquisition part of his job seems a little interesting to me. Lots of smaller companies out there doing similar work. Anyway the company has come along way since september of 09. Forth quarter of 09 was up 100 percent. Formation of Auric Gold. Right up to the best five month in 2010, and june should be the best month ever IMO. Still got a long way to go. A small company like this allways needs more money to jump to the next level of business.

Well, nice that something changed your mind about management and you decided to stay after all. There are many reasons why the pps is where it is, but they are history and penny stocks don't turn on history but rather recent events and future speculations. Also, I'm sure you already discovered when doing your research that it saw gains of over 300% not too long along and is still holding 100%. It could certainly make another nice move like that in the near future, as there is much to look forward to here. GLTY
