BB11,

A. It's hard for me to believe that the lenders are so short sighted as to not see the potential of CPRK. I grant you it looks like the company has been poorly managed (I'm not sure that is a fact). But still with the geologist reports, and the past history of the mines, the drilling reports, I'm having a hard time understanding why you think this company will fail. Everything points to success, yet you and R78 (I'm beginning to think you are one and the same) keep screaming "Fail, Fail, Fail.
It's obvious that MS did not hold up his end of the partnership, so they did not have enough money to bring the plant to full operation. Someone needs to invest more money into the operation in order for the lenders to get their money back.

B. The Court documents seem to show that the Lenders put up $30M and the Shareholders put up $20M. I don't regard that as a small amount. And yeah, your right, position is important, but I still believe with the right financing no one needs to get elbowed out.

C. I'm hoping the Lenders get their principal and interest back. I'm not to keen on the excessive penalties though. I'm hoping they get a $70M to $100M loan to pay you off and have plenty of money to move this company to profit.

D. You are a Lender. You are a Lender You are a Lender!!! You knew what you were getting into when you loaned your money to a startup company! You were taking a risk to get a higher return on your money,- Right? And you did bet your house on it!

Good luck to us all, Lenders, Shareholders and the Company. May the Judge see the potential, not listen to the Lenders, and do the right thing.
